American painted architectural antiques, "American architectural antiques". Period 18th century room from North Kingstown RI c1760 to 1780. This room was painstakingly scraped by hand down to its original robins egg blue color paint. It measures 16 feet by 16 feet square and approximately 8 foot 6 inches high and is 99% complete.The height could be adjusted one way or the other with some thought.The house was moved and this room has been in storage for over 25 years. It was without a doubt made by an important Newport Rhode Island cabinetmaker. Consists of doors, mantel, feather edge paneled wall sections, windows. We have more photographs available. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to purchase this extremely fine and rare period room.

Antique stain glass windows. This Antique pair of Tulip "stained glass leaded windows" dates from 1920. Excellent original condition. This is a true antique matched pair taken out of a Chicago home years ago. The frames each measure 24 by 23 inches and the windows each measure 18 and one half by 19 and one half inches. As beautiful as the pictures look the windows are much more striking in person.

Period French bronze decorative furniture hardware, Ten pieces of period Antique French decorative bronze furniture embellishments. These wonderful pieces date from the 18th to early 19 century. The two matched bronze plaques are signed with the letter D and each measures 6 inches long by 1 and seven eighths inches high. The four matching pieces measure 4 and one half inches each accept the one with a missing piece and are also signed with the letter D. The single urn is also signed with the letter D and measures 2 and seven eights inches high by 1 and three quarters inches wide.

Period antique French fireplace fire back cast iron 1667. This very heavy antique castiron fire back measures 25 and one half inches wide by 36 and one half inches tall. Very good as found condition.The date mark ANNO 1667 was cast in the bottom border. The scene is a classical image of a woman and children in an orchard. There is a goose in the foreground, and a pair of dolphins form the crest. Our consignor had contacted Sotheby's to see if they would be interested in selling it for her. They responded that it was a lovely piece but would sell for under their $6000.00 minimum. We have attached a copy of their letter for review.
